Melissa Shanley

Melissa Shanley is a Realtor® Associate working in residential real estate with buyers and sellers alike across northern Bergen County and is committed to providing her clients, whether buying or selling, with the highest level of customer service. She is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Prior to her transition to real estate, Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. Shortly after graduation she began her 18-year career in the pharmaceutical and medical supply sales industry. She scaled the corporate ladder expanding her expertise in the medical field by focusing in various different specialties including cardiology and genetic testing for rare pediatric disorders for well-known companies such as GlaxoSmith Kline, Athena Diagnostics, and Becton Dickinson, After taking some time off from work to raise her children she found
herself back in the sales field again, but this time for a telecommunications company as an Account Manager selling communication applications and services to many Fortune 500 companies.
Born in Teaneck, NJ and having lived in various nearby towns, her family finally settled into Franklin Lakes where she attended third grade through her graduation from Indian Hills High School in Oakland, NJ. Melissa now resides in Wyckoff, NJ with her husband Tim, currently the Mayor of the beloved town of Wyckoff and their three sons, Brian, Matthew, and Timothy Jr. She is currently a trustee and President of the Wyckoff Education Foundation and serves as the Secretary to the Eisenhower Middle School Parent Teacher Organization. Melissa chaired the 2018 Fireworks committee and helped raise over $15,000 for First Responders.
