Michelle Exner

Born and raised in Florida, Michelle Exner is excited to join Chestnut Park. Michelle brings her energetic southern hospitality and extensive experience in real estate, interior design, project planning, development project launch, and sales to the Georgian Bay Group, led by Rob McAleer, Sales Representative.

After serving in Management of the Kitchen and Bath division for Hughes Supply, a Fortune 500 company based in Florida, Michelle transitioned her career to real estate sales where she quickly developed a reputation as a tenacious & dedicated advocate for her clients while becoming one of the top-selling agents in Orlando. Michelle has successfully handled transactions ranging from multi-unit apartment complexes to first-time home buyer purchases, building enduring relationships along the way.

Michelle resides in Collingwood, Ontario, with her husband Tim and her two young sons, Max and Brock, where she enjoys the abundant social and recreational opportunities that life in Southern Georgian Bay offers.
