Steven Warner

Steven W. Warner provides a clear eye and fresh perspective to buying and selling real estate.  

Steven was born and raised in St. Charles, Illinois (where his family goes back 4 generations), and moved to Delavan,WI in the spring of 2019. Being a recent transplant to southeast Wisconsin, Steven has a great appreciation and enthusiasm for everything our area has to offer!  He brings his warm, positive energy with him as he discovers new places and events in our area - and quickly returns, with others in tow, to share his new findings.  Steven's clients are quickly immersed in our communities and cultures, often using Steven's connections and introductions as jumping-off points for everything from swanky summer vacationing to establishing meaningful and permanent roots here in our area.

Steven's keen eye for detail goes beyond his expert command of the paperwork and timeline tracking of a deal.  He works hard to learn tastes and desires so he can anticipate needs and wants.  Often suggesting off-radar properties or areas that turn out to be "the right fit all along," clients know that Steven has their best interests at heart.  His passion is to be a connector to allow others to live their best lives.

When Steven isn't helping clients, you'll find him outside enjoying our boundless nature with his husband, Jesse, and their two dogs (Stella and Nova). Skiing, camping, and live music are all passion hobbies for him.  Steven is also an experienced practitioner in holistic healing - curious?  Just ask!  Steven will have lots to tell you!
