Mark Savage, MAI

Mark Savage, MAI is a Senior Appraiser with LandVest, Inc. His commercial real estate expertise and experience span a wide range of investment grade and special use properties in the northeastern United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Savage provides valuation and consulting services to banks, pension funds, government and multilateral agencies, owners/developers and investment companies. 

With nearly 30 years as a commercial real estate appraiser and valuation consultant, Mr. Savage’s previous work history includes Colliers International, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and NAI Hunneman. His professional experience encompasses various property types such as vacant land, industrial plants, marine industrial properties, R & D facilities, warehouses, office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings and mixed-use projects. Mr. Savage is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
