Shay Lary

For over 2 decades, Shay was a successful Corporate Event Planner managing multi-million-dollar events for pharmaceutical, hospitality, and lifestyle clients. After owning and operating HYPE! Marketing & Event Services for 7 years, she was ready for a change and Real Estate was the perfect fit. Both industries require a high level of service, attention to detail, strong negotiation and organizational skills, the ability to perform in a face-paced environment, and adaptability to change.

Shay prides herself on being her client's greatest advocate. She realizes the journey of buying or selling a home is often emotional, so her calm demeanor and honest-at-all-costs approach has proved to be invaluable to her clients. No stranger to ever-changing situations, timelines, and the smallest of details, Shay will prove to be a steadfast representation for you and your real estate needs. Most importantly, she plans to have a lot of fun while doing it!

Knowledge is power, so Shay has continued her Real Estate Education beyond simply earning her license. She has earned her GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute and PSA (Pricing Strategies Advisor) designations. In addition, whether she needs the hours or not, she regularly attends Continuing Education and training courses to better serve her clients.

Shay graduated with a BBA in Marketing from SMU. Shay currently lives in Hillside Neighborhood in East Dallas with her 2 Wheatables: Harvey & Harlow.
