Sean Nottage

With family roots in The Bahamas dating back 300 years, Sean is a descendant of a family that settled in the island of Eleuthera for several generations. After beginning his career at one of Boston’s oldest blue chip law firms, he spent several years with one of Nassau’s leading law firms, Lennox Paton, before building an asset management company with clients. After a departure from the legal and financial services world to work in the film and broadcast industries, he returned to the wealth management sector as a consultant.

Sean brings a wide array of experience and connections to the HG Christie team and runs its advisory division as part of his role as in-house counsel. HGC Advisory, through its third-party service providers, specializes in real estate client affairs, including residency, banking, mortgage financing, insurance, corporate structuring and trust structuring and foreign investment to name a few, as well as boutique services that include fine art financing and fine wine financing and private yacht and aircraft registration and charters. Sean has worked as an actor in film, television and theatre, and has won awards for some of his theatre performances. For a time he worked as Pierce Brosnan’s photo double and stand-in. He is also a working voiceover artist, and voices content for HG Christie and has many commercial, radio station promos, narrations and animation credits to his name. Sean is also an Olympian and represented The Bahamas in swimming at the Games of the XXIII Olympiad in Los Angeles.

Bringing a world of professional experience and know-how to buyers and sellers in the real estate industry is Sean’s highest priority. Sean once said to John Christie, “The oldest and greatest real estate firm in The Bahamas is the only place to be.”
