Karan Moeller

I am a rare breed, a Florida "native" having been born and raised in Miami, Florida.  I graduated from Miami Palmetto Sr. High School and subsequently became a proud Florida Gator. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. I married a 5th generation Florida Keys native, Rick, whose family has resided in the Keys since the early 1900's! My husband's grandfather actually dredged many of the canals our homes are built on today. We raised both our children in the Florida Keys. Having graduated from Coral Shores High School in Tavernier and subsequently University of Florida as well.  I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate sales throughout Monroe County. I reside on the beautiful island of Upper Matecumbe in the Village of Islands, more commonly referred to as Islamorada or The Isle of Purple Flower as well as The Sportsfishing Capital of the World. I can attest to the latter since my late husband and both our children have caught and released world record bonefish in the fabulous backcountry water of Florida Bay. We have all enjoyed the natural marine sanctuary that surrounds our beautiful islands. I love riding in our boat and photographing our wildlife. I have been a full time real estate sales agent in the Florida Keys since 1994 when my family moved here from the mainland. Having been a full time real estate sales agent in the Keys for over 2 decades...I am proud to have participated in closed sales volume exceeding $200 million dollars. I have listed and sold property from Key Largo to Key West.
