Expertly versed in real estate investments and negotiations, Wissam has spent a cumulative decade as a trusted property and private wealth advisor to high-net-worth clients across the United States and the UAE. He spent six years leading business development, sales and marketing strategies in the hospitality sector prior to pursuing a career in the property industry, with a mission to optimise organisational profitability and customer satisfaction. 

Before joining Christie’s International Real Estate Dubai, Wissam founded and led a successful enterprise that engaged in redevelopment, wholesaling and acquiring investment properties in the United States. He then relocated to the Middle East as the Business Director of a global Trust and Corporate Services company. During this time, Wissam engaged in wealth structuring for clients worldwide, committed to mitigating taxes, ring-fencing assets and succession planning.
