Joe Deardurff brings together passion and knowledge for real estate crafted from years of industry experience and his lifelong relationship with Chicagoland. Joe knows the city inside and out, from downtown to the suburbs and shares his fondness for the many neighborhoods. Wherever you want to be, Joe possesses the knowledge and local expertise to get you there while making the journey enjoyable along the way.

Joe's clients have access to a team of experts who bring both brand awareness and custom resources to support any real estate transaction. By consistently recognizing and responding to changes in the market, Joe positions his clients to make educated and informed real estate decisions. 

Prior to joining The Crotty Group, Joe managed luxury apartment communities throughout the suburbs. During his long tenure in property management, he was responsible for overseeing the leasing of hundreds of apartments. He worked closely with investors and owners to carry out multi-million dollar renovation projects and manage daily operations. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Lewis University and currently resides in the Wrigleyville neighborhood.
