Anita Drake

Anita began her career as a salesperson for Better Homes & Garden in '84.She received her broker license in '86 & worked as an asst mgr from '88 to '92 for Key Assoc Realty in Fishkill, NY. During this time, Anita earned her GRI(Graduate of Realtor Institute),ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative),CRB (Certified R.E. Brokerage Mgr)& CRS (Certified Res.Specialist) designations./In '94 Anita opened her own brokerage, Drake Rlty in Wappingers Falls,NY w/just 2 agents & a part-time asst. Within a short time, the agency grew & was consistently one of the top 10 co. in the area serving the Hudson Valley Region, a beautiful & historical area of NY along the Hudson River. As the co. grew, Anita joined the Exit Franchise to give her agents more training & technology, & Anita's husband Larry became an Asso Broker running the branch off.Together they guided the co.until '13 when they sold the bus.& remained w/the co. Anita continued to specialize in representing her clients in the pur. & sale of SF res., invest.,& income prop./Anita served as a past director of the local BOR on the education comm. & received the Realtor of the YR award for her service in '02. Believing in continually honing her skills to better serve the customers' needs, Anita also earned her SFR(Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification),Ecobroker, & CPRES(Certified Probate R.E. Specialist)designations thru her career. Anita is currently licensed in NYS & FL./Anita & her husband purchased a home on Marco Is in '14 where they enjoy hosting family & friends. They also love traveling & visiting their 2 sons & grandchildren./As a Broker Assoc w/JRW Prop, Anita looks forward to serving the Marco & Naples area communities w/the same dedication to integrity & customer service that has accounted for her success.
