John Huang

John Huang has been passionate about real estate since high school when he was under the mentorship of his speech teacher who had started out in the industry. John kickstarted his career in real estate at just 20 years old when he purchased his own co-op in Elmhurst, New York. Over the past decade, he has specialized in the Queens area, closing countless residential and commercial real estate deals.

One of John's most remarkable achievements was closing a deal with the well-known real estate developer, Beechwood Homes, for the Arverne by the Sea development. This project, consisting of 540 units of multi-family homes, is the largest development of its kind in New York City's history.

As the real estate market has grown more competitive, John has continuously expanded his knowledge and experience, particularly in working with developers in construction. In line with these efforts, he obtained a General Contractor license in 2021 to meet the increasing demand for renovation and construction services. John remains committed to providing personalized and dedicated attention to every project he undertakes, aligning his work with his goals and passions.
