Kerry Martinson

Kerry is a Broker Associate with PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate and is widely known as a top listing agent and buyer’s representative in the Billings area. She has a modern day approach to buying, selling, and marketing, a consistently strong sales record (top 1% of all Billings area home sales since 2016) and has been honored to be named as one of the 10 Best Real Estate Agents for Montana by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals for each of the last 5 years. Serving her clients to the best of her ability is her number one goal. She is passionate about real estate and strives to always represent her client’s best interests. Kerry was born and raised in Washington state…and still a big Seattle Seahawk football fan. She moved to Wyoming in her early 20’s and spent 20 years in accounting, insurance, and real estate, while raising her children, following their sports, and enjoying the Cowboy state before moving to Billings for an employment transfer with her husband, Tim in late 2012. She is appreciative of the relationships she has made throughout her real estate career and for the privilege to live in, promote, and sell real estate in Billings, Montana.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening and fishing as well as hosting dinner parties, and spoiling her 2 handsome dachshund dogs. She has 5 children and 8 grandchildren that fill her with pride.
