A Maryland native with over seventeen years of experience, Jennifer Langford is the second generation to work in real estate in her family. Jennifer has acquired a robust knowledge and expertise within of each facet of the industry. By fostering a dual career as the managing member of her minority-owned residential land development and consulting company to being a multi-million dollar transactional Realtor, she offers widespread knowledge and experience to her clients.

Additionally, Jennifer has extensive involvement with sales, marketing and positioning homes within the marketplace. She has received her Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification as well as her Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, demonstrating her industry expertise and dedication to creating a superior customer representation.

A resident of Baltimore County for over twenty years, Jennifer is an active member in her community. She has served the Baltimore School for the Arts for over 10 years and has also served as an Executive Board member for the Women’s Initiative Network for the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a Committee Member for the Enoch Pratt Library, as well as The Walter’s Art Gallery. Jennifer resides with her husband, Morgan, and their two sons who attend St. Paul's School.
