Ha Lim is a consummate professional whose passion in real estate, architecture and design has earned her a mark as a top global real estate agent. She is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Ha Lim brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate from New York, Hong Kong to New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Arts at Barnard College and Master of Architecture at Columbia School of Architecture. While practicing architecture in New York City, she fell in love with real estate when she purchased her co-op apartment. Since then she has been selling luxury condominiums in New York and New Jersey with the Marketing Directors and Core. She relocated to Hong Kong in 2010 with her family and called it her home for 12 years where she obtained her real estate license and helped the expat and Chinese clientele find properties in Hong Kong. She has also helped Hong Kong clients purchase and develop properties in Hokkaido, Japan. She is thrilled to return to New Jersey, and help clients look for their dream home in her home state.

Ha Lim has helped numerous clients globally find their dream home with professionalism and integrity. With her affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Ha Lim is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process. Through her experience of living abroad and meeting people from different backgrounds, she’s able to connect to her clients on a personal level and ascertain their exact needs to help them find their ideal home. Additionally, with her background in architecture and a keen eye for design, Ha Lim is able to help her clients envision the homes for its potential beyond its existing condition.

In her spare time, she loves to work out at the gym, play tennis, play volleyball, hike, decorate, museum outings and travel with her family. She volunteers her time at her children’s schools and is always looking for ways to give back to the community.
