Lana Taradash

Lana “Scheiner” Taradash is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential real estate with both buyers and sellers alike in Union, Morris, and Essex Counties as well as the surrounding communities. She is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to her clients from start to finish in every transaction. She is a member of North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS). Additionally, Lana holds the designation of Accredited Staging Partner® (ASP-RE). This certified training is a key listing and marketing tool giving her the added knowledge and expertise to effectively stage and market her clients’ home to sell for top dollar.

Prior to her real estate career, Lana worked as an actress and as a social worker. Lana also spent eight years in the financial services industry focusing on marketing and client engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University and a Master of Social Work from Boston University. With her background in social work, Lana truly enjoys helping people and has a real passion for being her clients’ trusted advisor while on their home search or through the sale of their property. Lana has a keen instinct for understanding people’s needs with ease and patience. Lana currently resides in Madison with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, Peloton, traveling, and spending time with her miniature Schnauzer, Monty.
