Taylor enjoys working with clients to create solutions that help them attain the lifestyle or investment objectives they are looking for. He is passionate about real estate on both the residential and commercial side of the business and continues to learn and evolve as the market and technology continue to do so as well. Taylor has been a realtor since 2015 and holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management from Dalhousie University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Calgary. Taylor has also completed the Society of Industrial and Office Realtor (SIOR) designation courses, an intensive program that only a handful of commercial agents have taken providing advanced knowledge in commercial asset classes and transactions.
Taylor began his real estate career working for a top globally recognized commercial real estate firm in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) focused on sales and leasing of industrial, office, retail and investment properties. In this role Taylor worked with multiple fortune 500 Companies as well as private buyers, sellers and tenants. Here he was recognized as a Top Performing Associate and was nominated as Associate of the Year across all North American offices in 2016. From there Taylor expanded his real estate capacity working on both residential and commercial projects in the Toronto area and north of the GTA, and now in beautiful British Columbia.
Taylor specializes in servicing the Kelowna, BC marketplace focusing on luxury residential properties as well as commercial and investment properties working with sellers, buyers and tenants. As a property owner and investor himself, Taylor can bring the personal experiences he has endured and share them with his clients to make informed decisions at whatever stage of the process they are in.
