Jessica Rose Juliano

Jessica Rose Juliano is a Realtor Associate specializing with buyers, sellers, and investors in the Northern New Jersey area. Born and raised in Northern NJ in Morris County, Jessica comes from a real estate family. Growing up, Jessica's mother was a full-time real estate agent for 35 years, and her father, a general contractor who owned his own business. Since childhood, Jessica has been in, around, and a part of, many home renovations, flips, construction projects and real estate sales.

After attending Syracuse University, majoring in communications and advertising at the S.I Newhouse School, Jessica found her path following in her family's footsteps in real estate. Jessica is known for her white glove client service, attention to detail, and her expert knowledge of Hudson, Essex, Morris and Somerset Counties. Jessica's loyal client base describes her as professional, honest, knowledgeable, and real. With a passion for both real estate and people, and her affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, Jessica can leverage her expertise to ensure the best service in the industry.

In Jessica's free time, she is a life-long singer, songwriter and guitarist, as well as an avid outdoor adventurer.
