Morgan Mutch

After following his cycling interest halfway across the globe from Australia for the Tour de France in 2016, Morgan Mutch turned to his friends during a scenic bike ride in the country's south and proclaimed that one day he'd call this place home. In 2019, he did.

Today, Morgan is one of Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate's most experienced and passionate independent agents. With a real estate career that spans more than 25 years, Morgan has spent a large portion of his business life refining his industry expertise at some of Australia's most successful real estate agencies. With a strong start to his career and determined to succeed, he founded his own firm in Port Adelaide, South Australia at the age of 26.

Morgan says that his success in real estate is due to something really quite simple - great communication. Listening, understanding, giving solutions and being accountable go a long way, but it's all about communication, that's the key!

After marrying and starting a family, Morgan could no longer deny the pull of the rolling hills and sprawling vineyards that he now calls home here in France and has spent each day since at Maxwell-Baynes Real Estate fulfilling that same dream for his clients.

You will often find Morgan and his family enjoying the local fairs, festivals and markets of his chosen region between Bordeaux and Libourne South.
