Heide Rand

Heide is a native Floridian currently residing in Feather Sound but has also lived in Connecticut and worked in New York. Educated at Florida State University, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. She began her professional career with Maas Brothers department store. It was there she was given the opportunity to work for Calvin Klein Cosmetics, launching her successful career in luxury beauty. Heide has worked with some of the most successful names in luxury beauty as well as, celebrities. Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Prada, Elizabeth Arden, Elizabeth Taylor, John Varvatos, Taylor Swift and Christie Brinkley just to name a few. Her background has molded her to be hard working, driven and passionate about her clients and their needs.

Having owned several homes and relocated a few times, Heide understands what it is like to stand in her client's shoes. She understands the importance of quick response time, being available to her clients and knows that trust is the foundation for all her professional relationships. Heide brings passion and attention to detail both to the client looking for a new home and those that are ready to sell. Heide strives to make the buying and selling process seamless and gratifying for her clients. Her goal is to nurture her clients through their real estate journey while elevating their real estate experience.
