Maritza received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marist College. While she received many job offers in the live entertainment industry, she decided to steer her path in a new and exciting direction – real estate. Real estate was a career move that allowed Maritza to utilize her knowledge of Finance, Contract Law, and love of Entertainment in one all-encompassing and multi-faceted field. Her 7 years of experience in retail and marketing serve as an asset in every transaction – assuring her clients sell their properties as quickly as possible for the best price in the market.
