Evelyn Paladino is a Broker Associate with extensive knowledge in retail and marketing, and a diverse background in business management and accounting. She comes with deep business experience, traveling nationwide and closing multi-million dollar contracts for her clients. Based on that success, Evelyn took a small investment and created a thriving and multi-faceted retail and internet business. Now that she is transitioning to the real estate industry, Evelyn is determined to use her varied skills and background to ensure her real estate clients get the best deal for their home.

Evelyn is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Meadowlands Board of Realtors, the Greater Bergen Board of Realtors, and New Jersey Realtors, as well as the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. She also holds advanced industry designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real estate Specialist (SRES), and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS).

Evelyn also holds professional certifications as a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Real Estate Owned Property Specialist (REO), and Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). She has served on a variety of committees for industry organizations, in areas from professional standards, real estate education and instruction, and government affairs, among others.
