Peter Diaz

Starting his real estate career in 2006, Peter has spent the last 6 years working with one of the top producing real estate teams in the City of Chicago, assisting in the buying or selling of over 100 homes annually. Working with such a seccesful team has allowed Peter to gain extensive knowledge in all areas of residential real estate, ranging from single family homes and condos to multi-unit investment property. Through this experience he has come to realize that every property is unique in its own way, and so Peter has developed the skills to craft separate marketing plans for each individual listing, ensuring a minimal amount of market time. 

Having grown up in Chicago, Peter has a tremendous passion for his hometown and the vibrant neighborhoods that contribute to its immense character.
