Suzanne first received her real estate license at age of 23 and sold homes in Southeast Florida for a year before she was scouted by a modeling agency. After traveling the world with a successful career in the fashion industry, Suzanne successfully re-sought her real estate license in 1996. Since then, she has acquired her Broker’s License, CRS designation, E-Pro designation and has been a member of Master Broker Forum since 2009.
In June 2010, Suzanne brought her expertise to Fortune International Sales and became part of the Icon Brickell sales team who successfully sold out the two towers in half the estimated time. In addition to Suzanne’s $185M in sales at icon, she sold and closed the last 4 remaining units, including the sale of the Lease Option of Jennifer Lopez.
To ensure that her clients are well represented, Suzanne consistently keeps herself educated on the latest real estate laws and trends to deliver strategic insight to her loyal customers.
