He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Public Accountant who began his career with PWC and held Senior Management positions with Miromar Development, WCI Communities and the Related Group.
He has been involved in the development and sales of many of the premier master planned communities in SW Florida including Miromar Lakes, Bay Colony, Pelican Landing and Gateway.
Tim holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and remains active in his industry serving as Adjunct Professor at FGCU over the past 4 years teaching Business Finance and Real Estate Development.
He serves on The Executive Board for Habitat for Humanity in Lee and Hendy County and as a Trustee for the San Carlos Fire District Pension Board. He has been involved for many years in the Urban Land Institute, previously serving as District Council Chair.
