Constance Stewart

Constance is known by her clients as an "agent who cares with first-class service and expertise."  She is no stranger to the importance of investing in a home.  Others have complimented her as being knowledgeable, authentic, approachable, detail-oriented and will work hard to make your home buying and/or selling experience as seamless as possible. 

Constance has deep roots in Walworth County and an intimate knowledge of the area.  Her Grandmother taught at the "little red school" in 1956 teaching K-12 until its closure in 1963, and later at the Sharon Community School until her retirement 1978.  Her father started Stewart Excavating in Fontana WI in 1970.  The company is recognized as one of the premier excavation companies in the Geneva Lake area to this day. Constance grew up in the construction industry and has a vast knowledge of the Walworth County communities and all they have to offer her clients.

Constance graduated collage with a degree in marketing.  In her professional life she has worked in Industrial Management, Advertising, Electrical, Blueprint and Lighting Designs for high-end builders and homeowners in the Geneva Lake area. In 2016 with encouragement from family and friends, Constance began her real estate career with @properties Christie's International Real Estate. She has closed $18,500,000 in those 4 years and earning an outstanding achievement award in 2020 with sales volume of $5.5 million.
