He then worked in the mortgage industry, assisting families with the Home Affordable Care Act also known as HARP. It was a very rewarding experience. John decided to make a career change and took on a position at Park City Mountain Resort joining Ski Patrol Search and Rescue, also including Avalanche SAR. He has been skiing since he was 5 years old and always wanted to move out West, but he knew he had a short window of opportunity to fulfill this dream.
After 10 years of mountain life John decided to move to Naples and join the family business in Real Estate at JRW. His parents, Roc Fiedor and Murph Leonard have been helping families find their dream homes since 1987, in Pennsylvania and New Jersey at the beaches of Ocean City.
