Barbara Ann Stock

Barbara Ann Stock is a Broker Associate with 25 years of experience in the industry. Coming to real estate following more than 25 years in nursing, Barbara Ann is self-taught and gives credit to the guidance of seasoned agents for her early success in the industry. She specializes in first time home buyers, relocation clients, senior downsizing and estate sales, as well as residential and commercial leases.

After working with many clients that had complex transactions, Barbara Ann returned to the Real Estate Institute and, in 2004, became a Licensed Real Estate Broker, the highest designation in the industry. In 2006, she earned her Seniors Real Estate Designation (SRES). Barbara Ann is trained to implement Feng Shui into her listings, and her clients are truly delighted with the results. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients with adherence to strict ethics and principles, which has resulted in an extensive amount of repeat and referral business over the years. She is the recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) Lifetime Distinguished Sales Award, as well other industry awards and accolades.

In her spare time, Barbara Ann enjoys writing and is active with volunteer work for her local food pantries and local charities.She is a member of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
