Mike Monier

Mike grew up on a farm in central Illinois where he learned the importance of working both hard and smart. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, he moved to Chicago and hit the ground running.  Throughout his career, Mike gained diverse experience in Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources and naturally has a strong desire to help others achieve their goals. He decided upon a career change that allowed him to utilize his skill sets and experience yet also helps people in the process. It was no surprise that real estate was an ideal fit! 

After joining @properties in 2019, he quickly realized that his core values strongly aligned with @'s. One specific detail that stood out to him was how willing everyone was to help each other succeed. Mike knew this was a key building block to any company's success. Similar to @properties, he lives by the philosophy that if you work hard and are kind, amazing things WILL happen. 

On a personal level, over the past fourteen years, Mike has lived in several neighborhoods in the near north/northwest side of the city. Such neighborhoods consist of Lincoln Park, River North, West Town, and is currently living in Wicker Park/Noble Square. While living in those areas, he got to know them very well. Whether it is a park, school, church, restaurant, shopping area, or a local business, he can always point you in the right direction. He enjoys both international and domestic travel with his wife, dining out, exercising, and spending time with his family. The most exciting part of his job is that he gets to help people find, not only a house but a home!
