Anne Athenour Martin

I have lived in the Tri-Valley my whole life. Having been born and raised here, I have witnessed first hand the many changes that have occurred in this area over the past 55+ years. One thing that hasn't changed, is that this is a wonderful place to live, work, play, and raise a family. I have been actively involved in the community, keeping me connected with residents, businesses, community leaders and our Award Winning Schools. I use these connections to keep informed of local issues, allowing me to provide my clients with pertinent and current information that might impact their decision to buy or sell Real Estate in this area. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 21 years, and am dedicated to continuing my education in order to provide my clients with the information they need to make well informed Real Estate decisions. I believe it is important for Real Estate professionals to stay current with the changes that are occurring in the market place, so we can better represent our clients.

Prior Experience
Prior to my career as a REALTOR®, I was an Elementary School teacher for 18 years. This taught me a great deal about communication, problem solving, and the importance of continued education. Not only was I responsible to "teach" my kids, but I was required to be an effective manager. I managed and organized many children and their parents. I also worked closely with staff members and District personnel. I utilize many of the same skills as I work with my Real Estate clients, other agents, lenders, inspectors, title company representatives, etc. Having good relationships with all of the people involved in a Real Estate transaction is extremely important, and can make or break a deal!

I am an excellent communicator and pride myself in my abilities to educate, negotiate, and facilitate the many facets of a Real Estate transaction. My clients' satisfaction is extremely important to me. I work hard to keep the lines of communication open every step of the way, and will assist both buyers and sellers as we navigate through the details of a transaction. I know that buying or selling a home can be very stress inducing, therefore I aim to provide ample support to alleviate as much stress as possible. If my clients aren't happy...I'm not happy!
