Deborah Broulik

Debbie has over 4 decades of successful and committed real estate experience. Her expertise in contract negotiations, finance, marketing, problem solving, organization and attention to detail has served her clientele well. She holds her Florida's Broker's License, completed the Certified Luxury Home Specialist/Million Dollar Guild training and held her Community Association Management License. Debbie is proudly a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors ®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. She has been a four-year winner of Gulf Shore Life Magazine Best in Client Satisfaction Award and has been a consistent recipient of numerous real estate awards since the beginning of her career.

Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa she completed her college education and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where she held her Broker's license and was employed by national homebuilders and Russ Lyon Realty in Scottsdale. While employed by Fortune 500 real estate companies she had the benefit of ongoing training by national real estate leaders and trainers. Competency in all aspects of real estate was taught and importantly, professionalism towards the clientele was emphasized.

Debbie has traveled to Europe, Scandinavia, Mexico, Hawaii, Caribbean, China, Tibet and most recently Brazil. Aside from travel she enjoys outdoor activities, performing arts, furthering her education, hospice volunteering and neighborhood community services.
