Erin Johnson

Raised in the NorthShore, Erin happily planted herself in the City of Chicago when she attended the University of Loyola majoring in Communications. Her passion for growth later led her to study Pilates and movement. Her compassion, kinesiological knowledge, and proactive problem-solving nature combined with her negotiating and listening talents were the ingredients that ensured her success. She has owned and operated her own Pilates studio in Lakeview since in 2016. 

Still progressing, Erin has single-handedly operated every aspect of her business. She is the CFO, marketing director, head instructor, and manager. She joined @properties in 2022 to translate her passions and business success to the real estate arena. Like her belief in creating a balanced and adaptable physical body, Erin believes that your home and its environs (she is also an avid Gardner and plant whisperer) directly impact your level of serenity and therefore success in life.

Additionally, she enters the business equipped with direct knowledge of building contracting along with a keen design sensibility to add value to each client she assists in home buying, selling, investing, flipping or residential rentals. As practiced with her extensive Pilates clientele, Erin's real estate services will be custom-tailored to each client. In her free time you will find Erin practicing trapeze, rocking a hula hoop, spending quality time with her son Jude and their rescue dog, caring for her extensive plant family, learning to surf with her partner in Costa Rica and developing her Pilates tool kit.
