Patricia Payne

I am a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for understanding and serving my clients' needs. Since January 2019, I have been an active Realtor in South Carolina, currently representing The Litchfield Company/Christie's International Real Estate in Pawleys, Georgetown, and surrounding areas. My journey in real estate began as a vacation homeowner and investor, eventually leading to my Georgetown permanent home.

With a commitment to excellence, I hold a real estate SWAT certificate and have undergone rigorous Ninja Training with The Litchfield Company, further honing my skills in the industry. My academic background includes an Associate in Arts from Ferrum College, a Bachelor's in Sociology from Mary Washington College (now The University of Mary Washington), and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Strayer College. Additionally, I earned teaching certifications in Sociology and Geography.

Having co-owned an HVAC company for 40 years, I bring a wealth of experience in rentals, buying, selling, and remodeling residential and commercial properties. My unique perspective; having been on both sides of real estate transactions, permits me to empathize with clients and anticipate their needs effectively.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply involved in my community. I volunteer with organizations such as The Yellow House Ministries and Samaritans Purse, demonstrating my commitment to making a positive impact both locally and globally.  I am an active member of various choral groups and community events, and I enjoy crafting, fishing, reading, and RVing with my husband and rescue fur babies.
