I grew up with the astronauts' kids outside of Houston, Texas and moved to Silicon Valley in 1973 when I was 11 years old. Other than my brothers, I think I am the only person on the planet that can say they grew up within 500 yards of both Neil Armstrong and Steve Jobs, before anyone knew their names.

Since working on a construction crew building townhouses in Campbell in the summer of 1980 until now, I have always been involved with the real estate business. My background includes sales, mortgage, real estate investments, management, development and construction. Having lived in and made contacts throughout Santa Clara County for more than 45 years, with a Finance degree from San Jose State University and knowledge of all of the area's micro markets, I can help you get the most out of your purchase or sale of real estate.
