Darlene Bandazian

Darlene is the Vice President of Regional Business Development for Christie's Northern New Jersey. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, many of it in managerial or executive capacities, Darlene specializes in residential real estate, while overseeing the growth of Christie's Northern New Jersey' brokerage office locations and the development of agent training programs.

Over the years, Darlene has served in a variety of roles that include sales associate, broker-associate, branch manager and regional vice president for other real estate brokerages and local and global companies. Her ability to unify offices, across different geographic locations with diverse cultures, speaks to her instinctive leadership and teaching skills. Darlene is recognized for her ability to connect with people, a skill she brings to both the client service and brokerage operations sides of the business.

Darlene is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Real Source Board of Realtors, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and the Garden State and Hudson Multiple Listing Services.

Darlene resides in Wyckoff, NJ.
