Sue lives in the waterfront community of Broadwater in St. Petersburg Florida. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Sue has been successfully marketing and selling real estate in the area since 1988. Her specialties include luxury homes and condominiums in Isla Del Sol, St. Petersburg, Tierra Verde, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Redington Beach and her own neighborhood of Broadwater and Maximo Moorings.
