Kevin Boyette

Prior to his career in real estate, he was in the high-tech industry for more than 13 years developing secure Internet applications for financial services firms and negotiating related contracts with discerning CTOs and CFOs.
In addition to his expertise in high-tech sales, development and management, Kevin has been an investor in real estate for a number of years. It was a natural progression for Kevin to ultimately bring together his professional background and his passion for real estate to become a full-time realtor. As the real estate market becomes more and more fast-paced, high-tech and Internet-driven, Kevin knows the importance of fully utilizing the power of online marketing and communication for his clients. His expertise is in using technology to help match buyers and sellers, bring worldwide exposure to properties, and efficiently negotiate win-win deals. Kevin is proud to be a multi-generational Floridian. He lives in Northwest Hillsborough County, where he focuses on properties in the surrounding communities, such as Westchase, Waterchase and more. He and his wife, Sheri, have three children. He enjoys the great Florida outdoors, fishing and water sports.
