Gail Forcht

Originally from Toronto and raised in the GTA, spent several years in the Thornhill, King City and Aurora/Newmarket pursuing an interest, post graduation, as an Animal Health Technician. A consummate lover of animals, and a keen interest in the showing, obedience and agility of dogs and avid horse person. This lead to a 23 year career working in the Veterinary industry; in Veterinary Clinics/Veterinary Practice Management. Consistently a top performer in the Pharmaceutical field and in Animal Nutrition, and particularly with her involvement with Medi-Cal, Gail was instrumental in providing outstanding customer service. Forever passionate and always striving for that "Win,Win" outcome, her educational knowledge and her ability to understand clients enabled them to make informed choices.

In search of acreage and a Century Home worthy of historical value, she and her husband moved to Prince Edward County 26 years ago…. a dream finally fulfilled in an region Gail always felt a special connection. The home, built during the "Barley Days", retained most of its original features showing a certain opulence of the day, was sadly in need of repair. The barn, hip style barn was revitalized first. After which followed a collection of horses, miniature donkeys, lamas, and other creatures, came to call this home. With Gail's love for and expertise in finding and matching, Real Estate seemed a perfect next career. After many years of travel through work experience and with discovering the County in the early ‘80's, she truly embraces the expression, There's no place like Home. Gail strives to do her very best, and it's noted in the delight and appreciation expressed by her many valued clients. In a small town, that goes a long way to building a strong community.
