Maribeth Germinario

Maribeth Germinario is a Realtor Associate with over 25 years of experience, working closely with fellow Christie's Northern New Jersey' agent Mary Beth Fahey. The two successfully teamed 10 years ago to better meet the needs of their clients. The two specialize in the sales and marketing of residential real estate throughout Bergen County and the surrounding region. The duo has earned various sales awards in their real estate careers and both hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations.

Before entering the real estate industry, Maribeth worked as a broker-dealer service rep for Merrill Lynch, where she honed her organizational and customer service skills. She transitioned into real estate in 1993, and has been a realtor ever since. Maribeth is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. With her previous finance background, deep real estate experience and her affiliation with Christie's Northern New Jersey, Maribeth can now leverage the strength of the companies' unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to assist clients without phases of the real estate process.

After selling real estate all over central and northern New Jersey, Maribeth settled in Ridgewood with her family in 2002. Through the years, she has been an active member of the local community serving various roles with Ridgewood High School, Project Graduation, Newcomers, Mt. Carmet MOM's, Junior Women's Club, Ben Franklin Willard and Somerville schools. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, the beach, travelling and walking her dogs. A New Jersey native, Maribeth is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
