The property is located two kilometers away from the town of San Daniele del Friuli, famous throughout the world for the production of Prosciutto Crudo DOP.
A highly sought-after tourist destination, it enjoys a strategic position in the center of Friuli Venezia Giulia, being able to reach seaside resorts such as Lignano, Grado, Marano Lagunare in an hour by car, or mountain and ski resorts such as Tarvisio, Sappada, Sauris, the city of art like Venice, Palmanova and Aquileia, or Austria and Slovenia.
